I love that last quote, I love that he really believes in himself and has such confidence in his acting. How many people, actors or not, can say that about their job? It puts shame to the stupid comments one reads about him phoning his part in. I haven't seen all his movies but I have never seen him do that.
This may rank as my favourite quote of his, it is so revealing of his take on acting and his personality.
I fully agree Lady Trueheart...It moves me too...and that to me is why Nic is an authentic and brave actor. He follows his inner pull, but I don't think I could so easily say that he doesn't have his moments of doubt and pain at the critics treatment of him... more that he has no choice but to follow his heart. I can identify with that!
