Nicolas Cage lawsuit against biz manager dismissed

(AP) – 1 day ago

LOS ANGELES — Court records show a lawsuit in which Nicolas Cage accused a former business manager of mismanagement has been dismissed.

A counterclaim by the manager, Samuel J. Levin, also was dismissed.

The 46-year-old Cage sued Levin for $20 million in October, claiming the accountant led him on a path to financial ruin.

Levin countersued for unpaid fees and alleged the actor didn't listen to his advice.

Court records indicate both cases were dismissed Monday. No other details were available.

Phone messages left for Cage's attorney Marty Singer and Levin's attorney Joseph Schleimer were not immediately returned Wednesday.

The dismissal was first reported Wednesday by celebrity website TMZ.

I take it they eventually reached a private agreement. Glad to know it´s solved. Peace of mind is priceless!

Hey Triple T!

I used to be known as TripleB!     LOL!  One of my many monikers on Cagefactor, but I digress!  So good to see  you here posting!  Hope all has been well with you.  :)

I too am happy at least this one lawsuit is over for Nic.  Maybe he can now focus on the other issues in his life and get his life fully in gear.  Lawsuits are a bear to be in.....

 already   heard  the   newz   on   Lainy   she's    got   some      funny   stuff   on   Nic..
Well   I   refuse   to   play   without    the   graphics,    I'm    happy     his   case   got   resolved,   and   they   both   can   move   on    to   bigger  and   brighter   futures.starry
