Ooh I know, it feels like forever, huh? I'm guessing this is one you are looking forward to Hellokittynicfan? I know I am!
They just finished 'reshoots' in Shreveport, so one can only assume the film will definitely be released, and this December seems to be the speculated date!
I would think the perfect time to release a horror flick would be around Halloween. But, they'd better move fast with the reshoots and the re-editing if they want to make that time slot.

Hello everyone! The owner of Nicolas Cage World asked me to post here, so I thought I would. Not really sure where to start or what to say haha. I worked on Season of The Witch (as an actress) during the reshoots in Louisiana. What I got to see of what's already filmed looks awesome, so I too can't wait for it to come out. :) They didn't say when it would be released. I'm thinking next year...but not sure yet.
So good to see you over here, i'm really glad you came, thank you for joining us! I hope you enjoy yourself here in the Castle..I know you are a huge Nic fan too!
It's so exciting to hear about your time on set for Season of The Witch ! It must have been such a great experience working on this movie!
I'm sure you don't want to share too much for spoilers, but would love to hear a bit about your experience, and the role you played?
And what we all really wanna know is...did you get to see under our Knight's cloak?!
Next year seems such a long time away! For some reason I was thinking around Christmas?!
Hello there! I really appreciate you inviting me over here!
It was a really amazing experience. I was on set for two weeks and got to work with Nic Cage (obviously lol) Ron Perlman and I met Claire Foy. They were all so nice, in fact everyone was.
Yeah, I will try and share as much as I can. My character kind of torments Nic Cage's character through out the film because of something tragic that happens at the beginning of the film. The "witch" uses me to get to his character and torment him.
Hahaha I did not. :)
You could be right. I just don't know. I hope this December. That would be awesome!
Hey film actress! Ooh thanks for sharing such great info about your role....it sounds extra intriguing! And must have been such an exciting role to play!
Lol.... 'tormenting Nicolas Cage' is not something many people get to put on their curriculum vitae! How cool is that?!!
I just checked out your website, it looks great and you are so beautiful!
I don't want to ask too many questions about the film itself and put you in a predicament, too many spoilers spoils the broth right?
But ... I'm excited about this being the first period film Nic has been in. Can you tell us a little bit about that? How the costumes and set reflected the times, what your costume was like and the experience of going back in time for you as an actress? We've seen pics of Nic in his Knight get up... and must say.... he looks particularly compelling.....!and would fit in well right here at Cagealot Castle!

Hey FilmActress.............it's nice to hear that Nic is laid back and nice. It does seem to be the general consensus of people who have met or worked with him one on one. Great role to add to your resume. I hope you go far! :)
I too looked at your website link and noticed you were from Texas. What part, if you don't mind me asking? If you do, no worries.

It was a really fun role to play! And a very exciting experience. :) That was actually my first period piece like that so it was a lot of fun.
Wow thanks for taking a moment to check out my website and thank you! You are so kind.
Like I said, it was my first period piece like that and it was amazing. The costumes were incredible. My costume had three pieces. An under garment that was long sleeve and then the dress which was really thick and then a coat on top. Needless to say it was hot! Haha. It was really hot in Louisiana so it was taxing wearing the costumes. But they did a great job in keeping us cool. The clothes and once I walked onto set really just threw me back in time. I didn't even have to pretend, because I really felt like I was from the scenery. :)
Thank you! I really appreciate that, White Fay! I'm gearing up to head to Austin in two weeks to work on another movie so I'm really excited about things.
No worries. From the Dallas/Ft Worth area. :) You from Texas?
Sounds like you're off to a fine start then in your career. Now it's just a matter of time before your 'big break' as they say, eh? I hope it happens for you!
Oh....and no, I'm not from Texas. A very good friend of mine is from Houston and the place I work for has a satellite office in some place called Grand Prairie. I've only been to Texas once and that was about four years ago. I did the 'River Walk' in San Antonio with my sisters.

Wow! thanks for such a great insight filmactress, it must be like time travelling when you put on the costume! I can see how it would help you get in character and having the whole scenery around you.
I reckon it still takes a great actress to really transport themselves to another time though and the costume just enhances your natural talent!
What an excellent experience, though I bet being an actress isn't all glamour, but sheer hard work? You must have been sweltering in your medieval garb, hope they gave you ice cubes to suck!
Not to mention how brave you have to be to perform..how were your nerves on set? I'm always so in admiration of actors who bring this whole thing to life in such a seamless and effortless way..I think if it were me, the lines would go out the window! Do you have a speaking part in the movie? I'm really so excited to see your performance... I am definitely going to squeal!
Remember Cagealot when you get your first oscar, and we'll throw you a medieval party, castle style.... You could even come in your Season of The Witch costume and fit right in!
Sorry it's taken me a bit to respond. working on a new film.
I guess you weren't far off with the December release date. I'm excited it's going to be coming out so soon!
Yeah, it was sure hot out. I guess it definitely helps with the realness of everything.
I was really nervous at first. Especially when I finally met Nic and Ron. Claire Foy was a real sweetheart. Very friendly. But once I met them, they were so kind and my nerves calmed. I was more nervous about the big time producers standing around the monitor to be honest! Haha. I do have a couple lines in the movie. I'm excited to see how they put it all together.
Hi filmactress, so lovely to see you again! Ooh yes I bet you were nervous.... I would be too! Sounds like everyone put you at ease though and you had a great experience. Watching the film for the first time is going to be such an exciting moment for you! Do you think you will have an opportunity to preview? Or go to the premiere?!

There must be a lot of extras because the latest clip show some kind of Crusades battle. Looks like it will be a visual stunner, this movie, plus all the atmospheric stuff going on, can't wait!
