Today, West revealed in an interview with CraveOnline that he has another project in mind with Cage after Medallion. *"I'd like to do... 'Con Air 2',"* West says. At this stage, the sequel could just be a pipe dream, especially given the massive cast of the 1997 production, one that West says he'd like to reunite. *"It'd be great,"* West continues, "It's a matter of getting everybody together. There's so many people involved and it's about getting everybody to agree. But I'm going to bring it up to Nic. I'm going to put a bug in his ear about it. How the heck could a sequel be made this long after the original was filmed. Most of the actors are well into their 50's and what would the storyline be to bring all of them together again? __________________ "Love one another but make not a bond of love. I really cannot imagine what the sequel may be about.Don't get me wrong,I liked Con-Air a lot but I think this movie is an affair of bygone times,doesn't make sense to bring it back.Just my opinion though. I think anything with Nic in it is Great! I guess the producer will have to pick up Nic' $ his wife's life at home because the plane already crashed, the only story line now is to focus on his life with his wife and daughter! and maybe an offer to work in Government on some secret project since Nic left in good standing, saving the prison guard from being raped, and diverting the plane, and sending messsages to help foil the con's plans to escape. He could get a medal of honor, or a hero's welcome, maybe the recaptured prisoners would send goons to his house to seek a form of vengeance or vendetta against him since he ratted them out! He could battle both forces at one time play out both sides of the caper! __________________

Is it just me looking forward to The Rock sequel more than this one? Think Con Air has already had the most complete plot in Nic's action trilogy. Still, any possibility is great cuz we can't get enough of this man! __________________ You cannot excel if you don't work a great deal.

I think Con Air was fine just as it was. I don't think a sequel be good only if the story line will be as close as the first one. It will be hard to follow for sure. Nick's role will have to follow just like candi apple said to pick up where they left off with his wife and child. Having a nice life and getting another job or for the government like an FBI. Then they will have to bring back the bad guys again to maybe breaking out of jail again. They will have to be doing something very bad again to have Nick come back to get the bad guys again. It will be good as Nick is great actor and will be good in any thing he does. I too love to see a sequel to The Rock too. Having another big actor with Nick in it this time again. It will be Awesome! I still waiting for Ghost Rider 2 and looking forward to that one. Sequels are fine only if the story line can continue to be good or just as good as the first ones were. __________________ Nancy Agnes Roelke
