It is being written and directed by two-time Academy Award® nominee Chris Sanders (HowtoTrainYourDragon, Lilo&Stitch) and Kirk DeMicco (SpaceChimps) and produced by Kristine Belson (HowtoTrainYourDragon) and Jane Hartwell (Shrek). It stars Nicolas Cage, Ryan Reynolds, Emma Stone, Catherine Keener, Clark Duke and Cloris Leachman.  TheCroodsis a comedy adventure that takes us back to a previously undiscovered era in the history of our planet known as the Croodaceous, when nature was still a work-in-progress... full of never-before- seen creatures and landscapes.

Wow, that is much later than I expected for this film, it has been in the works for so long! Wonderful to be hearing news about it at last, another awesome find Lady T! starry One to add to the calendar!

  Great news.......glad that the developers of the film are taking their time and want to do it justice.  Dreamworks need to have run for its money.....Rango was a success and hopefully the Croods will be too.
