That is about the only thing that will make me listen to Shania, I'm afraid. It is certainly very faint, never noticed it before. But the clip now, that is another story!

lol! me too Lady T...and  can't you tell that is why I posted it?

Truly love Nic's character Michael in this movie, and this scene with Dennis Hopper is precious! flowerface

I do not know any of Shania Twain's music, I think she has aweonderful voice but it is not my kind of music. I certainly did not realise she was on the Red Rock West soundtrack!

That was fabulous Lula!!!  You're right!  Who knew?!  I never even noticed this song in the back ground.

I enjoyed Red Rock West... It was my firs time seeing Nic... Uhhmmm... Well... Lets just say... In a whole new perspective!!! rolllaughrolllaughrolllaughrolllaugh

 

Shania?  I wonder how she came up with a completely different stage name seeing as her real name is Eilleen Regina Edwards!

Though I suppose, if Marilyn Monroe aka Norma Jeane Mortenson, did it, it must be common in the industry.

And don't forget Nicolas Coppola aka Nicolas Cage!

I am not sure, but I think Twain was her step-father's name, and she chose Shania to honour her Native-Canadian connections. It is an Ojibwa word.
