LOL.They both are cracking hilarious together, and indeed, our "original" Nic is really a good sport! They did that so funny and great together, that, by watching it, it made my day! Thank you, Lula, for posting it!

This makes you wonder if the SNL show, with their prior 'Nic' imitation shows is actually toying with the misconception of Nic rather than buying into it / reinforcing it. the irony.
oh the fools who dare to portray Nic as a one note actor. he is the whole keyboard and then some. he is the grandest piano, sometimes turned inside out with strings stretching off into the universe. lol.
This was, by far, one of the best original bits on SNL to date! What a great sport Nic was to come on the show, and play off of his alter ego. BRILLIANT!!!!
yes absolutely...or play off the alter ego created for him by others...he took the p*** out of the **** takers themselves!!! but in his usual dignified way.
my favourite moment:
"whereas this Nic is an exaggerated, screaming, psychopath, who just doesn't exist"
I don't know how he kept a straight face, either, Lula, in fact a few times I thought his mouth twitched a bit, lol! It was very funny, and Nic was great, he has such good timing.
I just hate that skit they do on SNL, I think it is mean spirited, so it is awfully NICe to see Nic be so gracious about it, I personally would have told them to F*** off. And I don' think Nic acts or sounds anything like that either, so I find it amusing when people say he is so much like Nic.
