So we now have a  trailer for Frozen Ground!

The US release date has been listed on IMDB for quite some time as 30 November. but this article indicates that is incorrect?

 

We’ll let you know when Frozen Ground snags a U.S. theatrical release date, as the previously-set November 30th date (currently listed on IMDb) is no longer accurate.

They don't give any reason or source for that statement either. Wonder what that is about?!!!

Yes it seems bizzare to me Lady Trueheart - it reads like they have had  an official tip off but then there is no firther info given. the film distibution company also asked them to remove the trailer, but of couse it found it's way to YT anyway. Watch this space....

That article says nothing about a new date, only that the old one is no longer accurate anymore!confuse I wonder, if that is true, and if so, when the new release date will be!confuse

the release date for november dissapeared now on imdb and it only says 2013!!!! plus there´s apparently a march date for argentina

Maybe they have to do some post production work on it. I hope it does get released this winter. It might not be a good idea to release it too close to Christmas anyway, that is when all the big blockbusters come out, and the smaller movies get overlooked.

The release date for the german dvd-release was 13 december! Of course, I pre ordered it immediatly, as I saw it on amazon! It arrived yesterday, and I already watched it last night! :)

I own FG on DVD, got it this week.  It was a very tense film.  Creepy performance by Cusak...everyone was excellent in this film. I thought they said the release dates for the US was late September but I was in the middle of a move to my present Hobbit Hole.  I must have missed it.  It didn't go straight to video did it?

As I recall, there were releases in some countries, but in other countries, like here in Germany, they released it only on dvd, P.J.!

I, for one, am glad, that they released it on dvd, as I haven`t a chance to watch it in theater! And, I prefer to watch it in the original version, with his amazing voice, anyway! :)

It had a limited release to theatres in North America but it never made it to my area. I am glad you both liked it, I thought it was very well done.
