I just found this funny and quite disheartening. Again, another person bashing on Nicolas from some clips of the Wicker Man. Changed the guys name for privacy even though he doesn't come here but y'know. Part 1: Hater: So then, you said earlier you like a lot of movies. Who's your favorite actor and movie n all that good stuff. Enzo: Nicolas Cage, of course, and Leaving Las Vegas Hater: ... Enzo: what? Hater: Nicolas Cage, seriously? Enzo: Yeah, Nicolas Cage. Hater: Oh boy. Enzo: You asked me who my favorite actor was. Not yours. Hater: Yeah but... Come on. Enzo: Have I missed something here? Hater: THE BEES THEY'RE IN MY EYES. AHQUSHQU Enzo: Oh great, I knew it. Of course. Have you ever seen any of his films? Hater: I've seen those clips, I've seen enough. Enzo: That's pretty pathetic. Hater: I bet he's never got any awards or anything Enzo Hater: NO WAY Enzo: See? Doing a bit of research is good now and then. Hater: Shut up. Enzo: No. I refuse to listen to any opinion you have about Nicolas, or anything for that matter that you have not seen, until you actually sit down, watch one of his films and experience it for yourself. Hater: And why would I do that? Enzo: So your arguments actually hold water. Hater: K, fine whatever. I wouldn't want to upset your One True God. Which one should I watch. Enzo: ... Go onto imdb and watch one of his 'known for' Hater: Lord of War? Whats that? Enzo: ... Hater: What? Enzo: Nothing. It's one of his universally liked films and a hit with audiences. Hater: Sure it is. Part 2 Enzo: So, did you watch Lord of War? Hater: Yes, I did. Enzo: ...and? Hater: I thought it was pretty okay... (There was a long time between his responses, I knew there was something going on) Enzo: Pretty okay? (Ten minutes later) Hater: Yeah, it was good. Smart story, well acted and looked lovely. Enzo: Hah, I knew it. I am sorry to say that is 100% true. Ugh... Why are people like this? Why do they just follow everyone else? Why can't be people be individuals and explore new things! It's a shame really. It's nice that he gave it a chance but we had to go through all of that. __________________

On one hand, that dicussion sounds funny, but, as NICster, I say: After watching such an awesome movie, how can he still be so stubborn in his opinion about the greatest actor of our times? Maybe, he should watch, at least, one movie of every genre, he made, as, from watching only one movie, he couldn`t impossible, build himself an opinion about Nic! It is quite funny when you read it back but its still annoying Atleast he watched it in the end but maybe he doesnt think Nic is the greatest actor of our times? Ah yes! I remember that essay! First thing I posted on Thank you __________________

You did a good job, Enzo, converting him, by using reason and your powers of persuasion! I wish all haters would just try watching some of Nic's movies, instead of accepting popular myth conceptions. __________________

Oh Enzo how true all those suppose called "Hatters" to Our Hero, Nick Cage is out there. If they only just get one or some of his films and really just try to watch them then maybe we won't have to defend him as often as we are doing now! Gee whiz I don't care for so call people out there that just listen to gossip and just follow through and bashing Nick Cage like he gets. It's not Fair at all. Even when they never seen his films before at all. I'm so happy that Nick really knows that there are true fans out there some where that do care for his films and he may just ignore those other bad responses or reviews he gets all the time. I agree with you too Lady Trueheart by trying to put that person on the right track to at least watch Lord of the War movie to really see how Nick really does in his films. Enzo you did well at least to try to let that hatter seen one film of his to relay his response. It may be true that he may never see any more of his but hay we may never know now. He may just check out some more of his films, as he may be curious to see them. That will make his eat his words of Bad Mouthing NICK CAGE.
