Funny............. I just had a dream the other night where I was at some sort of shindig and in walked Nic. He walked up some steps and stood on a stage and everyone in the room went crazy applauding him. I took the dream as a sign that things are or will be going well for the man. Now I run across this pic of him while searching for goodies for the Cagealot peeps. Not such a far fetched dream, eh? LOL!
What person walking the face of this tormented, yet beautiful earth, wouldn't beam if paid the love and devotion that the Cagealot wenchs bestow upon Nicolas? If but for one brief moment in time any of us felt that kind of appreciation and devotion from someone, let alone a group of people, it'd be a far better world for all.

For me, In truth, the appreciation from within oneself is what counts the most, more than anything that can come from the outside. One can receive all the appreciation in the world and still feel unworthy somehow. There has to be a feeling of knowing you are doing the best you can for the highest good, and that your thoughts, actions and words are following the pull of your heart and soul. Perhaps in this pic Nic is smiling because he feels aligned with that, and is happy when people 'get it' when he is! Which is what I feel he did with The Sorcerer's Apprentice. He followed his inner pull. Whatever the critics think and however it's received, he can live within his own heart knowing he did the right thing and if the crazy world don't get it, that's the crazy world.
