He improves with age! It's the eyes and lips that do it for me. I like him in a smart cut suit too Lula, or just casual. =)
His eyes, lips, nose, jaw line, cheek bones, whole face, fingers, long limbs...mmmm it's the whole deal for me... and what's inside the package! Lol I just realised how that sounded, make of it what you will! Nic does look great whatever he wears, i agree with you about both a suit and also love the jeans and tshirt look. I remember he mentioned in an interview once how Alice sometimes helped him pick out clothes, I think she has excellent taste and the cut of his jeans have got better and better, really emphasizing his lovely long legs!
Don't mean to sound disrespectful here but I seriously don't think she's helped him in the clothes department nor am I usually impressed with how she herself is dressed.
To me, he seems to be dressing 'staid' when we all know his soul is one that needs to be set 'free'. You can be approaching 50 and still looking smokin' hot. Especially when you have money.
The last time I saw him in really comfortable, carefree and colorful clothes was when he was promoting ADAPTATION. He wore cream suits with orange shirts, Hawaiian shirts with jeans, gauzy sky blue neck open shirts, lots of sexy leather and so on.
The best thing I've ever seen her in was that bright red dress she wore when they were first married. She's....what? 24 now and she almost always wears black. Maybe she's trying to look older but with her money and her figure......she could be really going to town and dressing classic but still sexily young. I'm not talking slutty like some of the starletts out there but I am talking 'stylish'. I can so see her dressing in more red and some really vibrant colors. Personally, I've always wanted to see her in a smokey kind of heather/lilac shade with that gorgeous black hair.

I do like his mauve shirt in the Amnesty International video recently, love it when he wears pink and purple. I like best when he wears jeans and a white t-shirt, very sexy. And I love him in a nice suit, nothing finer. Some of his funkier looks from the past kind of made me blink, but I love that he has his own cool style.
I think Alice has beautiful colouring, she looked great in that blue dress for TSA premiere. When she was first on the scene she wore lots of pink, and she looks fabulous in green. But I love colour, so that is a personal thing with me. She does have a lovely figure for sure.

I understand, the 1st year they were married, Alice was very involved with Nic's look. However, the last few years, from my understanding, Alice doesn't have anything to do anymore with his attire.
I also understand that Alice loves fashion and actually, though she does wear alot of dark colors, you can definitely tell she has an eye for fashion! Not until just recently, had I ever seen her photographed in the same outifit, handbag or shoes twice. She's got great style in my opinion.
If Nic isn't in a suit at an event, he LOVES wearing a white t-shirt with jeans - simple, comfortable but yet sensationally HOT - LOL!!
