You know I just love how Nic uses his body language,his facial expression,gestures.Only Nic can completely portray a character's emotional state and no one else but him. In this picture he looks so tense,concentrated, and yes very hot

Beautifully put Voodoo Child, a similar intensity indeed in the 'Bad Lieutenant' poster. Agreement here too regarding Nic's physicality, climbing within the character's skin. His acting is like in infusion all the way through his being, like he's channeling the character, a transfiguration if you will! Which is why I really do not agree with those who say Nic plays himself! __________________

His face is a great canvas for his art! He is also masterful at his face saying one thing and his energy saying another. For instance he may look angry but the emotional energy is pain. Lol, I'm also thinking of his crazy face in Vampires Kiss and Face Off..love that too! __________________
