lo!!!! i love that one eva! i also like the "what could it be" Nic pic , but didn't go a bundle on the cat wrapped up, poor kitty... hope she got her own back on the owner!
wow..not visited this topic in a long time....sorry to come across like the shool teacher guys, these may not offend us, but let's keep it family friendly in here ok? thanks! it is not obligatory to post f*** in evry post to be funny!
I missed it this year, although usually I do watch the award shows. He is very funny, and I like that he lampoons the whole 'we are so much better than you, celebrity pretentiousness, awards are so meaningful' thing. I did think he was a bit much last year, but he seems to have toned it down this year.
Ahahaha, I just laughed so hard, love it, Flo! George Carlin and Richard Pryor are my favourite comedians, I was watching them in their prime and mine, and so they set the tone for the humour I like best, I guess. I am thinking to put Carlin's seven words in the secret passage area now, lol!
Maybe when you post a clip like this, Flo, you could put a heading that there is some language, just as a warning to those who might be offended. (Though I would think anyone who would be offended wouldn't open a George Carlin video anyway.)
Thank you for the vids of the golden globes Flo, didn't watch the show myself.
And Oh my That vid from your second post, it is hilarious!!! I reconize myself in so many things, haha realy it is hilarious!!!
@Lula, my fav comedians are dutch but they are realy funny, but the English ones to I actually almost never saw English stand up shows, I realy love to watch this shows so I should do that some time, and some of my fav comedians are from the netherlands: Hans Teeuwen, Guido Weijers, and from belgium, he is not very very good but sometimes it is hilarious, Geert Hoste :)

LOL. Those vids are hilarious! Thanks for posting them, Flo! I watched the golden globes myself as it aired last week! It was really interesting and enjoyable, and Rick Gervais was really hilarious with his moderations between the presentations!

well Ricky Gervais and George Carlin are two of my favourite comedians. sadly Carlin left us.. but I like Jon Lajoie very much who has the most controversal humor i think^^and Bill Maher is fun to see too.

Ghost Rider fans warned not to set their heads on fire
23-02-12
FANS of the character Ghost Rider have been warned to stop emulating their hero by setting their heads alight.
He can do this because he's a trained professional
The comic book character is also the subject of poor quality films starring Nicholas Cage, the latest of which Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance has just been released in the UK.
A & E doctor Emma Bradford said: "Since the Ghost Ridersequel came out we've seen a huge increase in people who've deliberately set their own heads on fire.
"They failed to understand that, as well as being a fictional character, Ghost Rider's Johnny Blaze is supernatural in origin.
"My advice to anyone considering setting their own head on fire is to ask themselves, are you an undead former stunt biker escaped from Hell in a desperate bid to win your soul back, or are you the actor Nicholas Cage, playing that character?
"If the answer to both those questions is 'no', do not strike that match."
Ghost Rider fan Tom Logan, whose head was on fire, said: "It hurts, it hurts so very much."
Fellow fan Nikki Hollis said: "Of course I wouldn't set my head on fire. I'm a woman, the character is male, therefore it wouldn't be logical."
It is not the first time Nicholas Cage films have triggered self-harming acts among viewers.
In 2006 audience members of The Wicker Man put cages containing angry bees on their heads in a gesture that mimicked the film's final scenes as well as being an emotional response to the experience.
Fans should know their limitations in doin' such acts which is "forbidden". Ghost Rider is just a fictional story. So putting fire in your head is an idiot act therefore! No such human/s can survive that thing in reality. And please don't blame Nic! It was just a movie!
I also did thought it was real.. I wasn't laughing by the fact that people thought they could set their heads on fire, that would have bin sad indeed, but this realy made me laugh so hard
