Cage, Schumacher guests at fundraiser

Oscar winner Nicolas Cage and writer/director Joel Schumacher will be the guests at a Robinson Film Center fundraiser to be held Saturday.
They will be at a Welcome Mat Series double-feature of the 2002 film “Sonny,” produced and directed by Cage and starring James Franco, and “8MM” from 1999, directed by Schumacher and starring Cage, that will be staged Saturday at 5 p.m. Tickets are $125 each. All fundraiser proceeds will benefit the educational and cultural programs of The Robinson Film Center, a release says.

That's awesome indeed. I wonder if a move to New Orleans is in order, it would be great to sit in the audience for something like this.

Maybe we can all move to New Orleans and buy a haunted mansion to share and work in,  I will open a second-hand bookstore and tea shop, and have tarot card and tea leaf readings!  What will you do?

To answer your question....I'd gather all the merchants together for some sort of promotion and hold neighborhood block parties!
