Oooh can't wait to read/hear Season of the witch interviews.I need to quench my thirst for Nic's deep words and thoughts of the movie, and also for my interest in ancient history!
Good point Voodoo Child! His insights on the time period will no doubt be compelling, and I should imagine the interviewers will be grilling him on witchcraft and the medieval perspective on it..which is mainly persecution. what a great Christmas present that would be, to catch an interview with Nic on a uk radio show!!
Exciting!! Looks like Nic will be in London (or Paris?) next week for interviews!
Remember the Sorcerer's Apprentice Nic interview Raya Abirached (MBC Scoop) did in Barcelona, where she asked Nic my questions? Well..she is interviewing him again next week!!
From Raya's Twitter page today:
"Next week is so busy in London and Paris! Narnia premiere, Jack Black, Will Ferrel, Nic Cage, Angelina, Johnny, Jeff Bridges interviews!!!"
I really hope she will be asking for fan questions again, if so it would be fun for us all to get together and come up with some questions, what does everyone think?

That would be cool Sprocket! From the sounds of it, it may be radio shows and regular interviews, Raya's show is definitely not a radio show...it was so. very. hard. finding the other interview on her site though!!
I'm wondering, will these be just Season Of The Witch interviews, or The Sorcerer's Apprentice? probably a bit of both, with the dvd out on Monday ! And hopefully a bit about shooting Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance!
It may be that questions from fans are not on the cards this time, which would be sad. i guess if I'm completely honest, for me there is also a bit of a yearning to say thank you to Nic for The Sorcerer's Apprentice. This film for me was the one I waited all my twenty years Nicolas Cage fandom to see,.. and I love it...! it has brought me so so much joy, excitement, happiness...the whole process! We don't get the chance as fans to say thank you, and as Nic has no official Twitter, facebook or any on line presence, it would be cool if she could pass on a heartfelt thank you.
However......., how about we come up with some questions anyway?!! if you were to get to ask Nic some questions at this interview next week...what would you ask him?
Hi all! Just a reminder Nic is doing interviews this week, and often on Twitter an interviewer asks for fan questions!
Is there a question you would like asked? If so, write it here and I will pass it on if opportunity arises and who knows..your question may be answered!!
*any news on National Treasure 3 we haven't heard anything for ages? (i did tweet Mr Bruckheimer something like this recently but he's been busy with his pirates!)
*can you tell us anything about the differences between the Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider role in Spirit of Vengeance than the first movie?
My questions have to be something ridiculous as usual *How do you feel about the portrayal of witches in movies, and could you ever see another revival of the good witch from Wizard of oz after her appearance in Wild At Heart?
*what was it like filming in such beautiful scenery for Season of the witch?
Some sorcerer's apprentice ones...
*you said recently that you were born to play Balthazar Blake and the Sorcerer's Apprentice is the movie you have been waiting to make your whole life. Now that you have made it, what is the next ideal project you could see yourself throwing your soul and heart into?
*now that you have played a merlinian sorcerer, will we being seeing you as an arthurian knight? (or hang on...we get to see him as a knight in Season of the witch!!) scratch that question...
That's because he can read minds Lady True...Lol!! Well your mind anyway! I think you are right, my questions will remain unanswered! Yeah..I've seen lots of we've just interviewed Nic comments but no asking the fans. Perhaps they are wary of the kinds of questions they'd get!
I noticed in the Screenjunkies interview, the interviewer thanked Nic for calling for the interview and he replied ''you too, thank you for inviting me to the interview.''
Hmmm so that's all it takes for Nic to give an interview, an invitation? Why ever didn't he say?! Lol!

Dear Sir Nicolas,
The faery queen and nicolicious residents of Cagealot Castle humbly request your undivided attention for an unspecified period, for the purposes of the gentlest form of Cagiac interrogation, in the enchanting surroundings of Cagealot, the magical realm of love and light, endless refreshments provided, metal eagle available if transport required.
As the keepers of the Nicolas Cage flame of honour, we also wonder whether Sir Nicolas would do us the greatest honour of becoming the Knight of the Cagealot realm, for none other than Sir Nicolas of Cagealot, the most magnificant of all time, holds the key to our Castle.
Yours in Truth, Light and fandom,
Lula Argante and all at Cagealot Castle
R.S.V.P.
P.s Costume is required.
P.p.s The drawbridge is down ready for your arrival.
P.p.p.s even the trees in the woods whisper excitedly for your arrival. And the Lady of the Lake sat up and brushed her hair.
it feels to me our invitation would be lost in the mists of Cagealot and on the winds of time, even with our dear Wise Silver Wing as message bearer! It was a mere moment of my impetuous imagination....we must be content to sit in our Castle library and enjoy the pleasures of interviewing vicariously!!!
( But oooh...the words "arise Sir Nicolas Of Cagealot" do have such a ring to them don't they?!! )
