I agree with Nic about Oliver Stone empowering his actors....Nic and the other actors were first class in this movie and the experience of it ( for that is what watching this film truly is ) is indelibly powerful, and such a truly incredible and honourable representation.Nic's perforamnce is so pure and congruent, I was a very proud fan when he did this film and I saw how he played the character and was completely overhwelmed by his performance.
It was very movng to see John McLoughlin and Will Jimeno speak about the film.
