Some people would say thatßs just a comic book but i can imagine how important they are for him.

Comic books are indeed fun to read. Even myself, when I was just a kid, I'm a collector of newspaper's cut of some kiddie comics. It was my hobby to read 'em whenever I'm vacant or has enough time to relax. But i threw them away when I went to high school in 2000. Sad but I have to! I'm no longer a 12 year old kid who will just relax and play around. C'mon! I was getting older that time and I should be responsible though it hurts me. nonono

As for Nic, I understand his love for those comics. So sad to hear some of his comics were stolen. Hope Nic will find those suspects soon!

Hi Reggie, I agree with you about comic books, my younger brother was an avid fan so i was treated to many before i left home at 18, i have never been a collector myself, but always seem to end up in circles where there are mega comic book fans, so have been treated to reading many! and you dont need tobe a childto enjoy comics in my opnion, they are an excellent medium for the imagination any age!

Ah..yes  have moments like these too...when i think of all the books and vinyl (records) that i have given away or lost over the years it pains me, but they ae material onjects and i have to remind myaelf they are not the baseline of what truly matters , far less tangible things are what i wish to carry with me through the world

I truly agreed what you've said. It's so hard to give up on those things which has a sentimental value on you but you really have to due to many reasons. My brother's also an avid fan of comics when he was a kid. Some of it right now were damaged and few of it were stolen too! I had heard from him that one of his classmates stole his "dragon ball z" mini comic book and never retrieved. So sad! It was my favorite too!! blankstare Anyway, I had much fun of it especially when I was sharing it to my friends and circles. But what really made me a fan of those were because of imagination's so wild and could even picturize the event. biggrin I super miss those times. awwwww~!!! cry Right now, I'm writing my own fanfic stories inspired by my oldies collections. smile Still, it remained precious to my heart!

By the way, I've found yesterday a store where they are selling oldies comic collections such as Batman and Robin. Including to those were from Japan's anime comic books. smile I am thinking whether to buy my favorites before I could deliver this twins next month. bowsmiley

Before I could go on, I'm really pregnant these days and next month is my delivery date. I don't know if it is on the 1st week or the second week of March. But what I've been looking forward is the success of my delivery.

Yeah, I'll be creating some short fan fiction stories starring him! ^^ Right now, I am finishing my 2 fan fiction stories. =))
