Thanks Quazie89 and Lady Trueheart for more information about Nick's arrest and about his wife. Yes I don't see Nick hitting on women either. But he was drunk and you can be a very different person when you are under the influence of drink. So this Dog has a TV show? Ok, never heard of him. I hope that Nick is doing better now and he really need to take a break from filming now. I think it's just catching up with him some but he won't relax too much as he really loves what he does. We are just concern about his health too. Take Care Nick. We love you and stand by you always.

When those stories about Cage getting arrested in New Orleans came out last week, it was almost like life imitating art.

Oh, come on. It’s a minor incident. Let Nicolas Cage get through it. As he’s a celebrity, there’s attention on him, but I think it’s not a serious thing. He just challenged the police when he was drunk. He said, “You cops had better arrest me,” and they did. So fine. Why not? He will get through it and apologize to the police. He may get fined. He’s a wonderful actor. There’s something great about him. Let’s look at this aspect of Nicolas Cage.

It seems to have been all blown out of proportion and seems the taxi driver maybe wanted his 5 mins of fame from the reporting , like everyone has said on here what nic does he does for reasons only he knows and hey every couple argue . i broke my ex's nose when out once so glad i didnt have a nosy taxi driver or i may have been arrested - my ex did deserve it by the way but hey i was not proud of doing it . people react differently and we are all far from perfect .
i hope nic and his family are fine has they all seem greta together am sure it will all be nothing and they will be all smiling and happy at westons wedding - i mean nothing makes people realise things like a wedding or family occasion .
Hope thing s all work out Nic is a great guy and deserves to be happy and be able to do what he wants when he wants including argue with his wife .

I agree with you HelloKittyNicFan about this getting milked so much. Let Nick do what's best for him and be himself. That this is all over with now and lets get back to what he does best. Acting! Us fans love his movies and happy to support him for everything.

Nic NEVER hit his wife. He just grabbed her by the arm to lead her home. It was misreported. And he got drunk during Mardi Gras like everyone else in New Orleans. It was ridiculous that the incident was so blown out of proportion. Wikipedia even added it to his profile, which is extremely unfair and inappropriate. Grrrrrr!
