I think we will soon hear more about the movie and maybe see a soon trailer because, the status on imdb recently changed from Post production to Completed.
I sincerely hope the same will happen to the hungry rabbit in the near future.

This article seems to confirm that the movie is going to DVD very quickly after release. I think the studios are not willing to take any chances these days, they try to make as much money as they can right away.
Poster For Nicole Kidman & Nicolas Thriller ‘Trespass’ Arrives, Headed To DVD On November 1st
“Twelve,” Town Creek” and “The Number 23.” Those are the last three films we’ve seen from director Joel Schumacher whose career has included passable entertainments like “St. Elmo’s Fire,” “Falling Down” and “A Time To Kill” but has taken a seemingly irreversible nosedive.
Which brings us to his next effort, “Trespass.” On the surface, it seems like it might be a return to a form, a thriller starring Nicolas Cage, Nicole Kidman, Ben Mendelsohn, Cam Gigandet and Liana Liberato. And while the premise—centering on a husband and wife, played by Cage and Kidman, who are taken hostage by four brutal home invaders seeking easy cash with chaos further ensuing as betrayal and deception, within the camp of criminals, are uncovered—seems a bit low-rent, we had hoped the presence of the aforementioned talent would help elevate the material. Apparently not.
Movieline picked up on a since deleted tweet by the official “Trespass” Twitter account that pointed in the direction of the film’s poster which you see here. The lo-res poster reveals a release date of October 14th. Okay, that’s fine. However, in much smaller print the poster seems to suggest a home video date is also planned and according to VideoETA that theatrical bow won’t last long: “Trespass” is headed to DVD (and we presume VOD) on November 1st as confirmed by VideoETA and Amazon.
So, if we had to make a guess, we’ll presume the theatrical bow will be major markets only and it won’t last much longer than the two weeks before the film essentially goes straight-to-video two weeks later. So yet another movie by Joel Schumacher that doesn’t make the grade, and unfortunately we can’t say we’re too surprised. It’s just a bummer this cast had to down with the ship.
looks like your hunches were right all along Powermad!! I am reading all over the net that Trespass is going to VOD the same day as it hits theatres, and DVD shortly after!
I am really quite gobsmacked, two major A listers and a Joel Schumacher film?!!
More of the same really, they seem as baffled as we are, but note what they say at the end! Seems odd noone knows anything about that world premiere, doesn't it?!
It’s been a little more than a month since Millennium Entertainment picked up the thriller Trespass, which stars Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman as a couple defending their home against a ruthless gang of home invaders. Last week, very quietly, the company appears to have distributed the first poster for Joel Schumacher’s film. But when does intend to distribute the actual film?
Good question! The poster presents Oct. 14 as the opening day in theaters, with the curious addendum “And at Home…” tacked on with a date that’s illegible on the low-resolution poster. But an eagle-eyed tipster (who also pointed us to the one-sheet) directs us all to VideoETA, where a Nov. 1, 2011, street date is scheduled for the DVD/Blu-ray. Trespass has an Amazon page that corroborates this as well. No trailer has yet hit the Web, though something called the Ischia Global Film & Music Festival claims to have debuted the “15-minute world premiere” of the film earlier this month with Schumacher in attendance.
