I know he has two skulls on his left arm, a tiger on the right (if that is a real one), now I also know he has a lizzard on his back, any more?

I, also, know, that he has a monitor lizard (wearing a top-hat and a cain) on his left shoulder, a ghost-rider-skull on one arm and on the other arm a head, that looks like a tiger or a lion. That are the only tattoo, I know, he has. But, maybe he has several more, where we don`t know. And, unfortunatly, in his most movies he covers them up in his "half-naked"-scenes, or when he wears a Shirt.

Nic's tats are so colorful and amazing, I understand why 'hair and make-up' may cover them up during movie scenes especially if tats don't necessarily go with the character or maybe they're considered as some sort of cinematic distraction.

His tats are soooo awesome though and YES, Eva!  That would be interesting if Nic had tats on his backside?!  LOL!!!!!!

yeah they indeed not always fit, but it would be nice ifNic would shZow themM a bit more :) And yeah his tatts are reZalZZy awesome!! And LOL, I think i would look cool LOL!
