I agree Lula, the bit about keeping your VHS player. I have a VHS copy of Face off, Con-Air and Snake Eyes. It's great to pop the VHS in when I'm in need of a Nic Cage fix! __________________ Whoop, Whoop!!!!

I am glad i am not alone in appeciating prehistoric technology as well as the new Gina! Now i have the dilemma of whether to begin a blu-ray collection of Nic films...seems indulgent on top of the complete dvd colletion I have already ..and most likely another new dazzling technolgy will arrive ! __________________

Oh cool to see one of my topics bumped up again :D Very impressive nicschix and Mandy!! You guys realy have seen many many movies! I am at 45 now, but I still have some I haven't seen yet and I am thinking of trying to watch 'em so I can count up ^^ I didn't knew them for a long time, the casettes, but I think they were nice, wild at heart I have on a casette from when it once was on tv and my mum taped it :). But I still have to watch the end, I wanted to buy a dvd and video recorder in one but that was to expensive, good luck my mum and brother do have one, so I also gotta do that sometime :) Hmm, that is a dilemma Lula, I understand your problem! Indeed, at one side you already have them and things will keep evolving.. but if you have a blu ray, perhaps.? __________________ My brain only works on one power... The power of Nicolas Cage!

I am buying all of his new ones as they come out in blue ray of course, and if any that I do not have are out in blue ray I will buy that when I get them, but I really think I will only replace the ones I really love...oh wait, that is all of them! What is a fan to do?! __________________

u can still play dvd on blue ray players Lula, so u could just get the new films in blue ray and keep all the others dvd that is what we are doing. Blue rays are so expensive though, is it worth it for the extras? IMHO they should put the same extras on both to be fair. I can add 1 more film to my numbers now I have seen GR2 =) __________________ (: nicschix :)

Really? I didn`t know, that you could play ordinary dvd`s on a blu ray-player! Thank you, for the info, nicschix! Just went to the filmography-list and counted 56 movies, I have seen from Nic, so far, since my last post in this thread! I think I have seen 48. I am slowly catching up. I decided to include Never On Tuesday and Grindhouse in my 'seen' list since I have seen the parts with Nic online! I doubt very much that I will ever get a copy of Never on Tuesday and Grindhouse does not interest me much anyway. __________________

Thank you, Lady T.! The fake trailer looks familiar to me, but, as I`m not really a b-movie-fan (DA is the NICxeption), I think, I wouldn`t get myself a copy of it, either! That "never on tuesday"-part was new to me! I knew already, that he had a small part in there, and tried to get a copy of it, but couldn`t find one! But, I think, that`s ok! ONLY movie I not seen is Trespass. I have but more of time needed to watch. I seen every movie Nick done and Best Times - Ridgemont High - Never on Tuesday - FireBirds - even Interview with Vampire - Sonny to, he so funny in yellow in that I laugh so hard. I got lots of things of Nick magazine pictures but lot in different language. I could post some oneday if you like. My favorite movie of alltime is Leaving Las Vegas. I not see any acting better than that still. I always cry which makes me silly but I dont care I love it. I was thinking to sell a lot of things I had for long time but now my boyfriend think it silly but me think he a bit jealous. Keep movies not boyfriend. haa But now I found here I think I keep and share. My english is working on in classes but if I make error let me know please I not mind. __________________
