First Draft of the original Ghost Rider (2007) Script!	Permalink

I am not sure if this is for real, but this claims to be the first draft of the Ghost Rider (2007) script, from 2001! As you can see, it is a huge departure from the final script for the film. David S. Goyer is credited for co-writing the script for Spirit Of vengence alongside Neveldine and Taylor, so I find this very interesting! GHOST RIDER (2007) SCRIPT: FIRST DRAFT __________________

That is interesting, Lula, so they are possibly using elements of the first draft in the new GR movie? According to Wikipedia Goyer wrote the draft in 2000 but after various changes and so on it was written by Shane Salerno. I just skimmed this, but it is certainly way different. __________________

Curious isn't it Meg?! perhaps teh early drafts were closer to the comic book? and we know that Nic himself added new elements to the character in the first movie, it was he who wanted Johnny Blaze to be less Baddass..switching jelly beans for J.D and the angelic voice of Karen Carpenter for metal. I just love reading things like this... __________________
