I must point out that the actual book "The Power Of Now" By Eckhart Tolle is an amazing life changing book, accessible everyday living/ spiritual book, if i could only take a few books to a desert island this would be one.

It would be incredibly challenging for Cris Johnson here to put into practice the Power Of Now when he is constantly seeing what is happeing 3 minutes ahead of him! pinkp
