I ran across this site recently that I like a lot, Clothes on Film. If you like looking at the clothes worn in movies, which I do, this site is quite fascinating. I found three of Nic's movies there.
Great site. Nic looks particularly elegant and gracious in those tuxedos in NTs, I have to say. The article on Junior Brown's dressings is totally interesting. Thank you for the share, Lady T
It is enjoyable to look back at the costumes of the many characters Nic has played, particularly is the whole appearance and physicality is so integral to the portrayal
I do love that moment of transformation from boiler suit to Tux in National Treasure along with all the nifty stuff Ben Gates is doing at the time, it is so..James Bond! And Ben’s tux line in Book Of Secrets is a classic movie moment !
What a great site! Nic looks stunningly handsome in his tux and all the other clothes, he wears fits him so well! And, I agree with you, Reggie! SWOON! Thanks for posting it, Lady T.!

Agreed. Great find Lady T. Before I finished reading the article on Kiss of Death, I said to myself, Nic's wardrobe so had a Miami Vice feel to it, and then, lo and behold, the article mentions the "Miami shirt."
Here is another Nic movie that they have covered, Rumble Fish, it is very interesting to me to read. I didn't know this about the jacket Nic wore:
A young Nicolas Cage, as Rusty-James’ lieutenant Smokey, gets one of the film’s standout items of clothing: a black satin jacket with a large playing card – the two of diamonds – embroidered on the breast, and the words “Wild Deuces” across the back. Coppola reveals in the DVD commentary that the jacket actually belonged to his brother August (also Cage’s father), linking the film’s aesthetic further to the familial bond which inspired it.
