Nic is rumored to play the main role in another crime thriller called tokarev on IMDB. havnt found anything else on google

This one sounds very similar to Marble City,doesn't it?This reminds me of what Nic once said in an interview,that when the offers come in,they very often are a repeat in style of what you were just successful at...this may be Nic's third character seeking justice(Seeking Justice,Drive Angry...) Interesting......

If this rumour becomes truth, then, indeed, it would be, Voodoo child! But, as Nic usually don`t want to repeat himself in a genre, exept there are challenges to his character, to learn, then, we only could wait and see, if it becomes reality with him in that role!

The rumours are flying fast and furious, but I don't always believe everything I read on IMDb. Will be interesting to see if anything comes of it.

Exclusive : Nicolas Cage may seek justice again in <i>Tokarev</i>

Hannibal Pictures are in talks with Nicolas Cage to headline “Tokarev”, based on a new Jim Agnew/Sean Keller-script about a reformed crook that returns home to find his daughter has been kidnapped.

The “Taken”-esque thriller, perfect film stuffs for action-man Cage, would closely follow his similar-themed “Seeking Justice”, in which he plays a revenge-seeking one-man army getting back at the blokes who put his wife in hospital. That one is now screening in select territories on limited screens.

No deal with Cage yet, but if things fall apart for him on “Marble City” – which I hear they might; maybe he didn’t appreciate that horrible mock-up poster they did of him for Cannes!? – he may be able to squeeze this one in by year’s end.

Shall see.

I saw the Moviehole article last week, thanks for posting Tues.

So Tokarev it is to be another revenge thriller? let's hope this pleases the fans who were anxious to see Nic not in another supernatural movie! 

Also worth noting is the mention of Marble City falling through...sadly... I was keen on that one!

From all I have read, it is Lula! I am expect to hear more about Marble City, and get official date for SJ, but at the hour Stolen trailer has been the reason I ran across the internet, when it comes to Nic's films, i never feel fullfilledchortle
