That's awesome! Now only if it goes up higher than that and not lower. We can hope!
Now, only if Joe can be released worldwide? I know it's only limited right now but at least Nicolas is out there promoting it. Now only if he could get a third oscar nomination for his role? But who knows if the movie will even make it to the awards season because it is going to be released this month. Does anyone know if Joe could possibly qualify as oscar bait or is it just to early?
Well I don't know where you live but it's coming out pretty much everywhere, although limited release in a few days, but out in the UK July 24th for some inane reason. But if it gets popular they open up a bit, happened with Leaving Las Vegas and Dallas Buyers Club. Not like the good old days when everything was put everywhere, anyway. Everyone was talking about potential Oscar for this and I wish he get nomainted again as he was ROBBED for Adaptation and I have a theory about this, Oscars are kind of like hot seats, the good ones get a seat but if something better comes around the corner the seat gets emptied for the new one, Oscars used to be about actual talent and now it's all politics and snobbery and just a whole bunch of nasty things, so that's why everyone waits until the last minute now to put their films out. You'd hope they'd reward talent like they used to but it doesn't look like it. All we can do is hope.
The thing is Joe should be above 85% because it has 3/5 in positive and negative. So it should be about 90% shouldn't it? I just don't understand rottentomatoes.com
I think it works out sort of how many fresh/rotten reviews their are and also by what the individual critics gave it he movie in their own reviews too. It's at 83% now though
